適應天然之道而活，不要被資訊所害，你本身應該要有邏輯判定能力，那些說法有事理，那些是無稽之談。
當你在那種情形下你是個所向無敵的磁塊，而宇宙將完全的支持你。當你被這種完全無為的狀況所環抱，水將完全的支持你。那就是不抵禦的感受。當你沒有抵抗時你覺得輕鬆。不抵抗是一種如何的感受？很好，當你匹敵時你感覺繁重。〞要成為不反抗(non-resistant)狀況意味著所有你想要的事物會立刻被你吸引來。當你要浮在水中你必須不抵制以致可以或許浮起。
它是一種絕對沉靜的感覺，完全的放鬆，以及釋放所有的張力。它類似浮在水中。Florence Scovel Shinn 在1925年說過〝世界上沒有任何事能招架一個絕對不反抗的人。


Florence Scovel Shinn said in 1925, "Nothing on earth can resist an absolutely non-resistant person." To be in a non-resistant state means that everything you desire is magnetized to you immediately. How does it feel to be non-resistant? Well, when you are resistant you feel heavy. When you are non-resistant you feel light. It's similar to float on water. When you want to float on water you must be non-resistant to be able to float. It is a feeling of calmness, total relaxation, and a letting of all tension. As you surrender to this state of effortless, the water will completely support you. That is the feeling of non-resistant.
